Hello Seraphine! I love your book Broken Spirits, and I had mentioned once or twice, before, that I would love to have you publish this book! But, now that I think about it, and I am so desperate, I thought of writing down this book of yours to have a makeshift hard copy of it! I pledge not to use it for any purpose other than the joy of having a masterpiece in my hands and reading it anytime, anywhere, etched into paper, non-erasable. Basically, it's only for satisfying my soul. I request your permission for the same!

@veemin64 Hello. I mentioned in a few posts back in August that I’d be on vacation in Korea from August 25 to September 24. That meant I wouldn’t be able to write anything during that time and would only get back to it once I returned. I picked up writing again a few days ago, and so far I’ve reached about 20 pages. As you can probably guess, the new chapter won’t be uploaded anytime soon, most likely toward the end of this month.

I am sorry if I'm disturbing you but I have been searching for a book(published book not online reading) which has a character like Taehyung in broken spirit. Calm, controlled and smart to play mind game for his own safety or you say benefits without harming ppl.
I’m essentially looking for something that feels like a psychology lesson for my own self-improvement, but told through a fantasy or engaging story. I don't want to read academic books so I'm looking for it since months.
I tried asking ChatGPT, youtube, google, Reddit but nothing or no one can satisfy my need. Suddenly, I remembered you in middle of night. Thought you could help me, If you don’t have a suggestion, that’s completely fine. I’ll still be glad I asked, so I won’t regret missing the chance.

In The Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, and Hannibal Rising, he’s written with razor-sharp wit, unnerving composure, and an almost hypnotic elegance. His backstory is deeply traumatic, and his mind games are on another level, but unlike Taehyung, he’s far beyond any moral line (we’re talking serial murder and cannibalism). He’s not someone to admire for his actions, but as a psychological study, he’s absolutely captivating. Fun fact: Thomas Harris (the author) partly based Lecter on a real doctor he met while visiting a prison in Mexico in the 1960s. Harris had gone there to interview an inmate, but ended up speaking with this mysterious doctor, who was charming, intelligent… and a convicted murderer. That eerie mix of sophistication and danger became part of Lecter’s DNA. He is CHILLING.
