I moved all over the United States, but originate from Omaha, Nebraska.  All of my writing is influenced by the countless buds I've made all over the place and by the Work of George R.R. Martin, my favorite author.

I have a variety of influences, ranging from other books (A Song of Ice and Fire), video games (Fire Emblem, Skyrim), movies (Lord of the Rings), and music.  My music interests are a little more complicated.  My favorite genres are Symphonic Metal, Gothic Metal, and Power/Progressive Metal.  Yes, I am a metal head.

I feel like metal music is very misunderstood.  My music interests are quite far from the loud angry overkill black doom metal with heavy vocals you'd expect out of a band called Slayer or Anthrax or Motorhead.  I would call the genres I listed as more beautiful and more epic.  For a quick comparison, consider how different a band with a name like Megadeath would sound compared to one with a name like Nightwish.  Or Cannibal Corpse to a more beautiful band like Within Temptation.  Metal isn't all death and growls.  That aside, I do listen to Blind Guardian which is indeed quite heavy (still not deep and black screamy), but I listen to them more so for the epic fantasy imagery about kings and dragons and the make believe than i do for the deeper melodies.

I consider myself very level minded and as such I feel like a lot of people would have a strong distaste for me, especially those I find on WattPad.  But my outgoing, initiative-taking personality allows me to make friends and acquaintances anywhere.  I'm a friendly person once you get to know me, but I have strong views about nearly everything and everything a person can do.  My least favorite things in the world are trends and anything popular.  I'm my own person and don't care what everyone else is doing.
