Hello and welcome to my corner of the universe!

I'm Sara. I like going on hikes, international vacations to snowy mountain peaks and rainy city streets, and curling up with a good book after a long week. Ironically I work at a coffeeshop, though I don't drink much coffee.

I consider myself to be a writer if not an author, who knows every villain has a reason and every hero has a flaw. My favorite tropes are slow burn and found family and the kind of love that survives impossible odds. Morally grey is my favorite color, so if there's a cruel prince with too much responsibility, or a monster with a soft heart you can count me in.

One thing to know about me before you read my work, is I like to make my characters suffer. I don't guarantee happy endings or that everyone lives to the end, or even growth. Not all good endings are happy and not everyone makes it out alive, and such is the way of the world.
