Hello everybody! First things first, this is a joint account, between me, Dustfinger, and my lovely dearest friend and classmate Violet*Skies. In a happy little nutshell, for each account I shall have a different pen name. Dustfinger, the flame-dancer, happens to be my favourite character from a story, called Inkheart, so that's the origins for this particular name. Anyways, I'm a sixteen year old junior in high school, and positively adore writing poetry. For each day, between the two of us, Violet*Skies and I shall post things. My posts, will probably be more.. Well, random, I do suppose. So yes, thanks kindly for taking the time to read this, and I wish a lovely day to you all.

Hey, I am Violet*Skies! Dustfinger and I started this blog as something for a class, like a project of sorts. I'm sixteen years old and a junior in high school. Creative writing and poetry is a passion of mine, so I'm so excited about continuing to keep up with our blog and to have fun doing it! I love to post poems and then explain why I wrote the poem, or how it can connect to the lives of other teenagers. I will also do my best to show a teenagers opinion on all kinds of things that people are interested in. If you won't want to read my authors notes you don't have to, but I love to share my insight, and my point of view on things. Every story that says Violet*Skies on the bottom was written by me. All my poems are heartfelt, honest, and sincere. I will be keeping up on this blog, as will Dustfinger. We plan on posting things every day, but if not, close to every day.
