I am a Marine corps veteran originally from California. After my journey with the marines concluded. I set out into the world to find what was essential to life. Along the way, ive met life long friends,  women who shared wisdom, and now I am seeking that which lays within me in silence. This is a place where I will share the research and reflections ive stewed over.
