I knew I wanted to be a writer when I was 11 years old. My teacher gave the class an assignment of a short story set in the segregated south. I wrote an 11 page, double sided, tale involving a man getting shot after inappropriately touching a 12-year-old runaway slave.  My tale was a little more detailed and advanced when compared to my classmates. 

I am now trying my hand at bringing the loudmouth voices in my head to life. I love writing about love, relationships, and things that make people tick. I love giving a voice to the voiceless. And when a new character introduces themselves to me, I have to present him or her to the world in the best way possible. I am looking forward to connecting with fellow writers and introducing you all to varying worlds of my own creations. I hope you enjoy. I am so glad to be here.
