Look I have also written a book about one-sided love and the most important thing I came to learn from it was that, " if you have courage to love someone then you should also have the courage to tell them as instant death is better than lifelong torture."
          So coming to your book, it was really nice as it was totally raw and true but it lacked some dotes and some little incidents that cheered up your mind in those. Also, grammar could be improved a little otherwise it is good.

Jarrori nhi second chance life ko beautiful kar de woh itna tod deta hai ki hum fir se try karne se bhi darte hai

And now I think its true

When ever I try to give my self second chance a person came and broke me beyond repair 
           A person told me pyaar karna meri glti hai usne mujhe nhi bola ki m pyar karu usko
