This was the reply when I asked an author about the chapter changes.
"you can add a chapter, change it's order without affecting the views/votes on previous chapters and then hit the publish button!"

Jab story ithni achi hai aur author ithni genuine hai tho...thoda time tho dena banta hai and my involvement or not the story is really nice and you do have audience but they don't like the chapters for some reason ... Grateful jithne badhe shabd ki zaroorat nahi hai chill ♥️
