Could I get accepted in the shattered points thing

Wattpad won’t let me put photos in my chapters. It says “file type not supported” and “needs to be png, jpeg, etc.” Thing is, I put a jpeg in there, still pops up the message. What do I do to fix this? I’ve been trying to post art, but can’t. 
          The issue before was that it wouldn’t let me put images in the actual chapters and only in the header, but now it won’t even let me do that. 

With the new year here, I think I need to say something that really hasn’t been spoken about before. As most of you guys are aware, I have had this account since I was quite young. With saying this, I’ve matured quite a lot since then. With that, I thoroughly apologize for anything offensive or rude in any way that I have ever said to anyone. I’ve made a lot of mistakes in the past and I need to move on from them. 
          I appreciate you guys for sticking around for how ever long you have (whether it’s from the very beginning or from some other period of time.) Happy new year to you all, and may it be a pleasant one!
