About me:
I'm based in West Yorkshire, in the north of England and have been for the last nineteen years, since I came here for university. 

I'm 'Internet old' as I'm watching 40 looming up in a few months time.

I've been writing original fiction stories since I learnt how to write, but I've never shared them before. I have been writing and posting fan fiction under the name of 'silver sun' since 2006, first on Livejournal and later on AO3. I even ran a few writing challenge communities and fic fests over on Livejournal at one point. 

About my stories: 

Setting wise they tend to be low/no magic fantasy or urban/modern fantasy. If a real world setting they will be primarily UK based , with a strong chance of it being in Yorkshire. 

There will usually be a slow burn romance subplot involving one of the main characters.  The stories will be primarily plot driven, so if you are after PWP style stories with lots bedroom action well these probably aren't going to be your cup of tea. 

Thematically - and anybody who knows me from my fanfic will probably already know this - but most of my stories will have elements of hurt/comfort, people eventually realising that it not weak to need/ask for help, and hopeful/happy endings. 

Things that won't turn up: Alpha/omega tropes, m-preg, non-consensual sex scenes or non-con as back story. It's great if you like those themes, and I hope you find stories that you like, but they aren't places I want to go with my stories.  Thank you.
