Hello everyone, just wanted to say that Books with Bullets is being edited FULLY, so there will be some changes going on right now. There will be some changes to the plot, but I will try to make them as minimal as possible. For this reason, I have unpublished Books with Bullets. I'm not sure when I'll be done, as the first chapters definitely have quite a lot to edit. Please be patient with me, and I hope to have them completed soon.

Hey everyone, my readers of Books with Bullets, if you’ve noticed I have been struggling to upload chapters. Now before you all start thinking im going to leave it and discontinue it, that’s not what’s happening! Not in a million years! I absolutely love Jason and his character so it’s not being discontinued. However I recently started college so I won’t have as much time to write the next chapters, I have a lot of ideas and wrote them all out, they just need to be put in the story. So im just telling you all uploads are definitely going to be slower, I have the next chapter mid-written so expect it soon. I’m so sorry to bring this news but please understand where I’m coming from with this. Love you all my readers!!

So let’s start with why I haven’t updated in like two months until last week. I was working on fuel enrollment credits and im also graduating soon! Let’s go class of 2025! Anyways now that I’m done with work I have more time in my hands and not as busy so I’m back into writing. That was the primary reason of why, but I’ve also been inactive because the times I wasn’t busy with work I would TRY to write but I was stuck on one part in writing and that was the movie parts. Because it’s not available on hbo max anymore- don’t know why, now i have to look to YouTube for clips on certain parts. But yeah I would get lazy searching for parts and tell myself I’ll do it later and forget to do it. But yeah that’s the overall reasons of why I wasn’t writing but fear not! I’m back and ready to continue writing!

Hey I was just reading it, some mistakes I saw while reading was when you use dialogue with quotation marks. You would put them like “blank” “blank” right next to each other (the ending mark depends if it’s a question or statement) so the correct way would be, “blah blah blah,”
(A space between)
“Blah blah blah,”
That way the readers don’t get confused who’s talking. The other thing is on chapter 6 which is where I’m at, the conversation between redhood and the investigator vigilante it tends to get confusing on who’s speaking so what I also suggest is after quotations place the details of the person speaking next to it and after put the details of what the other person might be thinking if they are.
Example:
She opened her mouth to speak, but he beat her to it. “You don’t need to explain yourself to me, I already know.” He spoke with a kind smile on his face.
“T-thank y-you…” Her eyes began to tear up as she choked on her words.
Example ended
So basically a new line for each new dialogue line but always add detail of who is speaking. But let’s say they’re about to say something dramatic like “I’m pregnant” then only quotation marks so it leaves a lasting impression on readers.

Yes!! Okay so what I recommend doing is making an order of how these events are going to happen and then add details like dialogue and description.
