a. If your book isn't in 'The Golden Shelf', it's not because I didn't enjoy it, but the books on the shelf hold an extra special place to me. Like some were the first books I read on Wattpad etc. 
b. Even if your book isn't in a reading list, doesn't mean it's not in my library. I just may not have time to read it yet. 
c. I don't take reading requests, but I may check out your book depending on my mood
