Hey Sophia,
I just wanted to personally thank you for Anxiety I Wear My War. Your words hit me in a way that not many things do — raw, real, and unapologetically Black. You captured feelings I’ve carried for years but didn’t always have the language for. And you did it with grace and grit.
Your voice has power. And I mean that.
Reading your work sparked an idea I’d love to share: I’ve been thinking about a possible collab — a book where a Black man and woman sit across from each other, almost like an interview or soul talk. No judgment. Just sharing truth. The trauma, the silence, the healing. The things we’re usually told to hide. Especially when it gets dark.
I think the way you write, so unapologetically and with such care, would make something like that pop. It’s just a seed of an idea, but I believe we could create something special that gives voice to both sides of the pain — and the healing too.
Either way, I’m just grateful to have come across your work. You’re seen. You’re felt. And I’m definitely tuned in.
Much respect,
QUESPKS

Hey Sophia,
Thank you so much for your beautiful message. Your words truly meant the world to me — not just because they were kind, but because they came from a place of deep understanding. It’s rare to come across someone who feels as much as they write, and I genuinely appreciate the care and humanity in everything you shared.
I’d absolutely love to stay in touch. I’m currently finishing the sequel to my book, but I’d be honored to build with you — whether it’s bouncing ideas, venting, or exploring the kind of real, raw conversations this world desperately needs more of.
You can follow me on IG: @thepagebeneath — feel free to reach out anytime. I believe we could create something powerful together, and I’d love to support your work as much as you’ve supported mine.
Much respect and gratitude,

Wow… this touched me deeply. Thank you so much for reading Anxiety I Wear My War and for taking the time to leave such a powerful message. Your words gave me chills. It means the world to know that my voice reached you in that way, especially as a Black creative who understands how heavy silence can be. I’m honored that anything I wrote helped give shape to feelings you’ve carried.
And that idea? Beautiful. A raw honest soul talk between a Black man and woman is the kind of healing work the world needs. I truly believe conversations like that can shift narratives and open doors for people who don’t always feel heard. Maybe we could do something in the future. You’ve definitely planted a seed.
Thank you again for your love your support and for seeing me. Much respect and gratitude right back to you. Let’s definitely stay connected.
