Hi I'm Sophia Iman I'm 34 years old and writing has always been a part of me Sometimes it's my voice sometimes it's my healing I use words to tell the stories that often go unheard especially around anxiety mental health and being a strong Black woman in a world that rarely sees the full picture

I published my first book I Wear My War Letters from the Edge as a collection of personal letters and lived experiences It's not just a book it's my truth My hope is that through my writing someone out there feels a little more understood and a little less alone

I'm still growing still healing and still writing
