At various times a physicist, an electronics engineer, an editor, IT consultant and civil servant, now returning to my first love, writing. SciFi, fantasy and things in the middle, I hope that each story is consistent and believable. No technology or magic that can just do *anything* - there are limits on everything. That helps define the boundaries of exploring the possible.
