@StyxHuntress honestly I think we lack diversity in multiple ways: most of the time, a teacher uses one method the whole year, which makes it difficult for people who prefer, say auditory learning.
We also lack diversity in some of the topics we learn about; take black history month for example. It’s all well and good, but why shouldn’t we be learning about these people mixed in with the regular curriculum all year?
One thing that really bothers me, is when a teacher says you can have your phones in class but heat them powered off, or that you need to be quiet, and if one student is talking, or gets out their phone, don’t get reprimanded, but there will be students taking selfies or messing around in class, then just get it over. It’s perfectly fine when they do it.
And I like school, but I hate when they give us back assignments, and takeoff points, but they don’t tell us what we were docked for. Because then we don’t know how to fix it, and we don’t learn anything from it.
