I have finally got a new laptop! 14 laptop Hewlett Packard. So much better for writing. I will soon be able to draw on it once I buy my drawing tablet

Those of you who have read some of Remnant, do you think it would be better suited in first or third person?

@Princesisto Well, if I liked my story better in a third person, but the publishers didnt, then they will just have to deal with it cause I dont care. I hate having to do what the "publishers like".

@SunshyneCF If you are thinking of traditional publishing, think 1st person. Editors hate the "disembodied, omnipotent narrator", considering it old-fashioned and a mark of a newb writer. Modern readers, too, like a first person narrator that they can "live through" and "be in" the story through. For wattpad it doesn't matter: you can't publish exactly what you've already published on wattpad, because you have no "first publication rights" to sell. So, like me, if you want to publish Remnant, you are going to have to rewrite it even if you use the same characters. On wattpad, I guess it is best to write what you are most comfortable with because readers will sense that and relate to it better.

@CooperHChurch And people usually say my story would usually be suited in 3rd person, but I have executed the first person well, and better than they thought (even though it is not my normal choice POV, I usually write 3rd )

@SunshyneCF I do this for my followers. Same as MissyFloral13: send a private message and I'll do what I can. Probably much more than 1 Chapter. By Microsoft Word you mean .docx? (.doc is also Microsoft Word, just older version) If yes, either .doc or .docx is OK. whichever is easier for you.
