Awww I'm happy I could be of some use to you. I'm also glad that you've spoken to someone about it and are trying it overcome it. I know it's probably gonna be hard but think of it this way, if you're already half way there, why turn back? And it's always nice to know that there are people out there who have been through the same things as you and have managed to pull through quite well. I hope you carry on they way you are and that you manage to pull through as well.
