Hello, hello!

I wanted to let you know that work on Book 3 of The Price Saga is going well. I finished chapter 19 a moment ago - my goal is to finish at least two more chapters this month.

I'm now just 11 chapters away from posting the first chapter of the book!

          	Xx

Hello, hello!

Happy Birthday to me, and Happy Autumn to you!

I just wrapped up a draft of Chapter 15 of the 3rd Price Saga book, with two more chapters to be written this month. Drama, sadness and longing is abound! So is Lady Kendall and her jabs, hehehe.

So have a taste of it:
          [[„Observing someone you fancy, Stafford?”

Arden sighed as he could recognise the sharp voice anywhere and at any time he would hear it.

„Lady Kendall, what a pleasure to meet you tonight at this splendid occasion. One would think that you spare yourself of such trifles as the balls are, owing to your delicate age,” he turned to the venerable elder lady with a generous dose of sarcasm on his lips.

Lady Kendall chuckled. „I’m afraid that I follow the same fashion in which you are not sparing intense gazes upon a taken lady,” she retorted briskly. „I’d never have guessed that curvaceous women are your preference, truly.”

„And I sense jealousy in your tone, Lady Kendall,” Arden replied rakishly, „had I known you have weakness for my person, I’d have halted by your residence and accompany you to this house while pretending to be your most ardent lover. We would have garnered plenty of chagrin from your suitors, I’m certain.”

Now that remark made the matron laugh softly. „Oh, my dear Stafford, foolery has always been your dear friend. I shall make you a favour then, by spreading a rumour about you seeking a bride, so this arduous endeavour of becoming my paramour could be avoided. Believe me, it is far more difficult to satiate me than it was Lady Allman.”

The elderly minx had the gall to wink at him!]]

I hope I can get through half of the book as soon as possible so that I can start posting without feeling guilty!

Wish me tons of luck and patience!

          Xx

Hey, stranger...
I don’t know if you’re accepting reading requests—or just out here casually breaking hearts with your taste in stories—but I thought I’d take a chance and slide this your way. ✨

If you end up liking it (or if it emotionally wrecks you in a good way), don’t just disappear like a cliffhanger at 3AM. Vote like you mean it. Comment like you’ve got gossip. Spill the tea on the plot, the characters, the chaos. I want it all.

Thank you for your time—and apologies for barging in like a mysterious stranger with a tragic backstory.
          Here’s the madness ➤

Hello, hello!

          Happy August, everyone!

I've been quiet for the past month as my mental health has taken a hard toll, but I'm still here and doing well. I've submitted both A Bet On Hearts and His Sinful Heiress to the Wattys, but I'm not holding out much hope - the competition is fierce and I know my books may not meet the high standards expected. Not to mention the many inaccuracies I haven't managed to correct yet!

I also haven't written any new chapters for the next book yet, although things are getting interesting (at least in my head). The heroine is your typical old timey young lady who just wants to marry and have kids, but circumstances turn her into a girl boss... until the hero comes along and sweeps her into matrimony by an innocent slip of his tongue. Before that happens, though, she will try to help him find a bride until she runs out of patience with his BS.

It's going to be a rollercoaster, and I can't wait... I just need to start writing, lol.

          Xx

Hello, hello,

          Another life update here.

So far, I managed to write 1 and a half chapters, ergo 14 chapters are now sitting in the draft for The Curse Of Insolence. Half of the book - 30 chapters - in draft version is my cue to start posting on WP, so let's see when I manage to reach this number, though Autumn is still a possibility.

Alas, my romantic pursuits are nil. I fell ill with chickenpox, which left craters on my face from the scabs. This caused my little remaining confidence to plummet into the depths of the Mariana Trench.

I suppose that's life. Hopefully, something positive is waiting for me this summer!

          Xx

The only good news I've had recently is that I officially became a homeowner yesterday!

Months of nerves and hard work have finally paid off. Now I need to do some more labour to make my apartment cute and liveable.

As for my writing, I've barely written 1k words since I paused, so... yeah... But I will dedicate some time to writing from June onwards, so no worries! It's just that my personal life has taken priority at the moment.

I know that once I start writing like a madwoman again, I'll neglect everything else, hah.

          Everything in its right time!

          Xx

It's always a bittersweet feeling when you mark your book as finished.
It's no different in the case of His Sinful Heiress.

The book features complex characters and relationships, and I absolutely love how it turned out - I had a blast writing it. In fact, before I ever thought of writing a story like this, I had a dream about it one night.

The need to create it before Book 3 of the Price Saga was undeniable and only grew, but I didn't expect it to get so much attention, really.

Alas, I've been writing with tiny pauses since 2022, now it's time to take a real break. I'm in therapy, I'm fighting for the most advantageous mortgage as I've reserved a new apartment, and after moving out I want to start dating again. Romance on the pages is nudging me to find romance on my own.

Writing is a great hobby, but also a time-consuming one. By devoting myself to getting my stories out to you, I've neglected my other hobbies - traditional and digital art, and reading books. I feel the need to get back to my roots, but that doesn't mean I'll stop writing altogether - Price Saga is a passion project, so I'll still be writing behind the scenes, just not as fast.

Four books in three years is quite an achievement, in my humble opinion.

With that said, Price Saga #3 - The Curse Of Insolence - will be out in autumn 2025!

          Xx
