Story:
         The Joker's backstory is unknown even to the Joker himself. What is known is at some point he fell into a mix of chemicals at the Ace Chemicals Plant. After that he was never the same. The chemical mixture changed the Joker mentally and physically (at least we think so). After the chemical bath he became a master criminal. Due to the lack of knowledge surrounding the clown prince of crime it is hard to tell if any information about him is accurate.
