          I'll upload the OG chapters of Care For Me so you have the full story for now, and I will keep updating it. 
          
          Here's how I will do it: 
          Because chapters 11-15 are one arc to me that I want to have fully redone for you, I will upload the OG chapters starting at chapter 16. So once chapter 15 is out, I'll publish the remaining chapters of the book in their OG form. Then I will work on replacing them one by one. 
          You'll know when a chapter's been updated by its title. The OG chapters will be numbered (I.e. 19, 20) and the new chapters will be written out (I.e. nineteen, twenty). 
          In practice: when a chapter's title turns from 20 to Twenty, it's been updated and improved.
          
          A head’s up: I’m leaving the OG chapters untouched. 
          Details may not line up, there could be contradictions and redundancy, my writing style from 2019 to now has changed and might not match… 
          But rest assured, I’m not fundamentally changing the plot in my updates. I’m really only trying to add depth, context, build up details and plot points better, fix plot holes and contradicitions — just give you a deeper, cohesive story.

I'm alive and kicking indeed. I hope you're all well. 
          I have a question to ask you about Care For Me. As you know, I am rewriting and extending this story (and I know it's taking me forever). The reason for that is that I don't like the inconsistencies, plot holes and incoherence of the original version, mainly the first half of it. The thing is, at this point I've added so much more depth and details that the original, later chapters (19+) that I intended to publish as they are kind of don't match anymore. But I know many of you would love to simply read the full story, so I'm wondering what to do. 
          I could publish the original chapters so you have a full book to read, but it might be dissatisfying because all the details don't come together right. You might also notice the difference in my writing style from 2019 to now. 
          I would still update the chapters over time, tie everything together and whatnot, but for the time being, you'd have a full story.
          The extentions I have planned make the story better, but don't fundamentally change it. The plot is almost the same, so things would still make sense. (I think...)
          If that is something you'd want, I thought of labeling the chapters differently. The improved and extended chapters have a written out number (+ the new thumbnails), while the old chapters are just numbered (+ the old  thumbnails from YT). That way you know when a chapter's been rewritten because the title and picture switch (I.e. 20 --> twenty). 
          I personally hate the reading experience when things don't properly add up and tie together, so that is why I haven't just done this up until now. 
          But you are the readers. You decide what you prefer. 
          Especially when the rewriting process takes me so long. (I used to not have anything else to do but write, but my life has gotten more full and complex over the years. I also don't want to give you anything halfhearted)
          So let me know what you think and would like me to do.
