I haven’t posted in a while so I’m just gonna say this really quick,
          
          MY BODY MY CHOICE
          
          Why should men have to tell women what to do with their bodies? The ban won’t stop abortions, just safe ones.
          
          People say “Well the Bible says this” and “the Bible says that” idgf. I’m Muslim. That doesn’t apply to me. In Islam you are permitted to get an abortion under certain circumstances like incest, rape, mother is in danger, etc.
          
          KEEP YOUR BELIEFS OFF OUR BODIES
          
          If you don’t have a uterus than I don’t want to hear your opinion.

To all the people who lost their lives today in the 9/11 attack 20 years ago, we all hope you’re in a better place now. And my heart goes out to everyone who has lost a loved one during that time.
          I have a family friend who was in the building during the time of the attack. Thankfully, she was able to get to safety. I also know someone who lost their uncle in the attack. He was a first responder and risked his life trying to save others.
          
          I hope all of you have a nice rest of your day.

I don’t have a big platform but that is not going to stop me from speaking about this issue. In Palestine over a hundred innocent people died because of Israeli solders beating them or bombings/air strikes . It breaks my heart to see innocent people dying from such acts. This has nothing to do with race or religion. This has been going on for years. My grandfather had to flee his home in Palestine because of Israel. I’m half Palestinian and that may make me a bit biased but that also means that I grew up hearing these horror stories about what is happening to these people. It’s not just now that this is happening. It just so happens that the media is bringing attention to it now because it is the worst that it has been in years. Everyday I keep hearing tragic stories about my brothers and sisters in Palestine. Just earlier today, I read about an Israeli soldier that raped a Palestinian woman and bragged about it on social media. This is disgusting. He talked about it like it was no big deal. I also hear everyday of Israeli soldiers dragging Palestinian women by their hijabs and beating men in the streets. It doesn’t matter how small your platform is, make your voice heard. #freepalestine #savepalestine
