Alright, so. I've finally fully reread MSD. Jesus fucking christ. What a shit show. 
          	
          	I'm proud of little 15 year old me for feeling so proud of my writing that I just decided to publish it online- but oh my god. I was nowhere near mature or educated enough to be writing a story like MSD. The treatment of consent, self harm, and what constitutes actual abuse is so bad. 
          	
          	And I thought at the time, because I was the same age as the characters, that it was all okay. 
          	
          	It was certifiably *not* okay. I didn't understand the danger of depicting such young characters the way I did. I thought, because of a few irl relationships and friendships I held at the time, that reflecting them into fan fiction was okay. Holy shit, it was far from it.
          	
          	Please do not read MSD. Please, do not sensationalize the topics that I poorly handled 7 years ago.
          	
          	I'm going to see what I can do to have MSD removed from Wattpad. It's been here for far too long, and is still getting discovered by young readers. This story is damaging. I can't let that keep happening.
          	
          	Wish me luck, and let me know if there's a way that you guys know I can get it taken down. I'm going to try reporting it first.
