Oh, hello there. Early chapter drop to "And Time, a Maniac Scattering Dust," anyone?  This chapter was inspired by "The Tale of Two Brothers" scene in Deathly Hallows, Pt. 1. Enjoy!

Thank you so much for 2K reads on "You Cannot Put a Fire Out" (still my favorite fic in my Sebastian Sallow Redemption Arc series, although the final fic is slowly but surely edging it out, per usual lol), as well as 1K reads on my brief foray into JayVik! I don't know if I'll ever write another Arcane long fic, but it was extremely enjoyable to branch out into another fandom (and a nice break for my brain too). Have a great rest of the week, my friends. <3

Thank you so much for 100 reads only a month or so into my posting of the final long fic in Sebastian and Damien's series. It still astounds me how many of you  have stuck around for the past two and a half years (and all of the new readers we've picked up along the way)! I am so very grateful for all of you. As a thank you, here's a fun fact that I've shared on Tumblr but not here:
          
          Sebastian's Damien has always been (loosely) based off of my dad, David, who died of cancer when I was an infant. He shares some physical similarities (tall, with blond hair, and a heftier stature in adulthood, although, notably, my dad had blue eyes not brown; gotta make a few changes lol), as well as a handful of personality quirks (being insanely well-liked, extremely musical - he was a singer, dancer, and songwriter, and far too forgiving for his own good sometimes lmao). My dad also grew up to be a salesman, just like Damien! 
          
          Anyway, it felt fitting to finally share this with y'all, especially in light of this week's chapter. If you haven't read it... what are you waiting for??? XD

Happy Pride Month, lovelies! I've added a new chapter to "Sebastian and Damien: The School Years." Since the collection is in timeline order, the new chapter is smack-dab in the middle ("Sick Boy"). 
          
          Also, just so you are all aware, I'm participating in Hogwarts Legacy Pride Week on Tumblr from June 9th through June 15th, so expect more chapters to be added to this one-shot collection later in the month. I will also be adding a bonus chapter to "Burning Bright," called "And Now I Hear a Symphony (Or, Damien's Vows)." 
          
          There are a few other one-shots I've written that I won't be posting here on Wattpad, so if you want to follow along, you can either find them on Tumblr or on AO3. My Tumblr and AO3 usernames are the same: TheLadyofShalott1989. <3
          
          ALSO! I am nearly done with the first draft of the final installment of my "Like Moths to a Flame (Or, the Redemption Arc of Sebastian Sallow)" series, so it's looking like a Summer 2025 release in the cards. Woohoo!

"Into the Quaffleverse" is officially complete! 
          
          If you're in for some wild and crazy crossover shenanigans, not the least of which includes THREE eras of Hogwarts students meeting each other amidst a Quidditch tournament to the DEATH (yes, you read that right), well, this fic might very well be up your alley. 
          
          I leave you with one of my favorite (spoiler-free) paragraphs: 
          
          "Peter had such an odd fixation on people not believing him about things. It was really starting to get on Remus's nerves. Like anyone would ever believe that quiet, unassuming Wormtail would lie."

Sebastian and Damien: The School Years, my one-shot collection detailing some intimate Heartstopper-like moments between Sebastian and Damien that take place in their sixth and seventh years at Hogwarts, is now COMPLETE. 
          
          Also, I'm in the middle of a massive edit of "Like Moths to a Flame." I'm only at chapter 14 and I've already added over 5,000 words, so that's, apparently, a thing. Haha. I should be done with my edit by end of March. Just as a little sneak peek of some of the additions I've made, here are a few fun excerpts:
          
          1. Sebastian tried very hard not to notice that Damien had missed the top button on his shirt. A small sliver of lightly tanned skin peeked out. Sebastian's throat tightened, and he quickly swallowed, trying to will his focus back to something - anything - else. 
          
          2. "I'm looking forward to tomorrow night," Damien said, sweeping yet another strand of hair out of his eyes. No wonder he usually kept it tied back in a tight bun. As much as Sebastian wanted to see Damien's hair down again - fantasizing about running his hands through it was a nice little treat... 
          
          No, no, no! Stop. Not the time, Sebastian. Not the time.
          
          3. Best to act like it was something he hadn't been thinking about for days. He even stretched for good measure. See, Damien? I couldn't be bothered one way or another. Look at how little I care.
          
          4. ... What? All thoughts fled from Sebastian's mind. What... what. What? Did he mention... WHAT!"
          
          Oh, and there's a prologue now at the beginning of the first chapter. Go check that out, if you are so inclined.
