MARCH 2026 UPDATE:
This is NOT a replacement for POTC 4 (or 5). I can't negate the work that went into those films. So, I reworked my Blackbeard, Barbossa, Agua de Vita Script/Story. And found someone better. A real-life legendary pirate who's a best suited foil for Jack and a better person from Jack's past. 

I don't know if the script adaptation will ever see the light of day beyond these walls. But, God-willing, Legends of Sea and Song WILL be published here.  Because many scenes have already been scribed and I want to give Jack, Captain Jack Sparrow, a happy ending. An ending that I've had in my head for more than 15 years. 

I can't draw. Can't paint or make music. 
But this is the best gift I can give.

I've been a fan of the original POTC trilogy so much so that I created a Pirate Character after the first film's release for RenFairs and Trunk or Treat events.  She was meant to be the female version of Jack, down to her name. But then, her backstory and lore grew. So by the time PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN ONLINE launched in '07, I knew who I would create in-game.

The Discovery Channel built my knowledge and interest in real Caribbean pirates due to the massive successes of the POTC franchise. 

I created these concepts -- integrating my POTCO pirate into the world of POTC and continuing Jack's pursuit of longevity -- after a friend mentioned casting calls for extras of the third film were being sent 3/23/10 (www.facebook.com/thecommongentry/posts/648577308965 ).  

True pirate legends would enter Jack's world as Jack gained purpose and true immortality.

These concepts remained on a FB wall post for years til I decided to post them on POTCO Wikia '15.  Then, HERE in '21 - due to 2 guys telling creepypastas. Only to have these concepts fleshed out 3 years later due to the muse to write returned.

Within a parallel universe, these would be parts of Jack's story - if Black Beard was already made hearsay and if Barbossa never died.
