**it's always the scenes with Finch and Gibbs that i like the most.**

aye, there are intense emotions but there is also the silence.

i keep remembering when elizabeth ran after her dead father. everyone went after her except for Jack. it stuck with me. and the deleted and theatrical moments on the Cache in the first film.

Jack Sparrow is a quiet man, who isn't to protect himself. He can withdraw but fears it. an early narrative version to this -- in a much later scene -- shows that Jack doesn't like to be left with his thoughts. because it brings him back to his time in the Locker.

i know that johnny depp has this reputation of being outlandish or choosing extroverted characters. but he does shine in the quiet moments. i'm not talking about EWARD SCISSORHANDS but DEAD MAN. it's a very underrated indie film, but the whole film is quiet, pensive, and presented in black and white. johnny gives alot by the looks he makes. and that's why (i guess) when it comes to edward himself, the character is so intense.

and that's what i want to give back to jack. he's a smart man with quirks but sees things in a way others do not, cannot, or refuse to see. he has his joyous moments but he can be very reserved.

jack keeps things close to the chest. and johnny does acts by not seeming to act. the mannerisms, looks, and choices in when and when not to react. those are the moments, opportunities i want to give johnny. jack's been through many things. and he's learned from them despite others thinking he's hasn't. he is no a buffoon. i want to give him his dignity. he's #@bloody%$¡ captain jack sparrow for goodness sake!... ...and i want my captain back.

i'll be dropping more scenes of my take of #Pirates6 #POTC #IntoTheDarkestDawn

Total Page Count is 173 atm. making things tighter. If you're following along on WP, I'm in the Middle of The Trials. Once I reach the end, i'll go back to the beginning and se what i can snip off. my goal is 150 because i want to keep moments with The Pearl and Jack's Crew. once i hit that, i'll see what happens on Virtual Pitch Fest.

Kay, Maties. I'm still editing the POTC 6. Making progress, but work's creeping. I caught the whisper in the wind. POTC 7 may not come out till the Spring? God-willing. But I'm getting more accustomed to the Factory standard.

So I'm dropping the current state of the WP version of the script RIGHT NOW. ALL of it. It's chunked like episodes. The story has that natural flow. I'd love to see this as a 3 hr epic. But I still think being Disney+ Series will allow more character relations to grow. Because the heart of the story is famliy. The one we're born into and the one we choose.

Jack is meant to fly. There is no tying the Captain. Yet, he will lose everything he's come to know. Only to gain the world.

Hello World:

An 11-year-old RomDramedy is set to roll out soonish.. maybe in a Wkly Epi set up (it's a test for my POTC 6: Re-Release & THELMA).

This RomDramedy was written after my HAMLET piece. So aye. This was a breath of fresh air since THELMA and its companion pieces get bleak, if not dark.

TLDR; I'm a Hamlet Groupie and an early 00's Otaku. So, THIS Comedy pretty much attests to my influences of Shakespeare and Shoujo. OURAN High School HOST CLUB, TWELFTH NIGHT, AS YOU LIKE IT, MS. DOUBTFIRE, & THE BIRDCAGE are the spiritual godparents to "It's Not You. It's Me."

Enjoy the slow burn, maties ;'*

Captn's Log:

It's been hard moving forward, if not at a snail's pace. In trying to publish past works, I got distracted by an OG Rom-Dra-Mody. I decided to update it, but in the middle of doing so, I got a massive brain-blast and started drafting a sequel to THAT after 10+ years (all because I was talking to a work friend lol@self), ALONGSIDE adapting POTC: Darkest Dawn to a Script format. So basically, I have four things running in my head right now.

I hope to get the Rom-Dra-Mody out and then re-publish POTC: Darkest Dawn into a more episodic re-release. Cuz 5hrs+ might be a kinda scary thing to read. But, that would be the avenue I'd like to pitch the story. ... let them do their Margot Robbie Stand-Alone Film (that can play as the in-between piece) and have Darkest Dawn & Sea and Song go to Disney+. Cutting down to the 120p mark is just hard cuz all the character moments I want to keep. That's also why I feel the series (2 seasons) route would be best.

Close To The Chest would genuinely remain a companion piece (mini-series of featurettes). Not mandatory viewing, but beneficial for the full arc of the greater story, including Jack's. Introducing Helene to others and showing that Jaq was wanted, lost, and regained.
