New Book Announcement | ⏛ Love Me Before I Love You ⏛
          
          Far from the K-thrillers that had recently filled my sleepless nights [and hadn’t exactly spared my sensitive heart], I suddenly felt the urge to write a love story⏤one with no suspense [like Melancholia Sonata might have] and no bloodshed [as in Code Double Nine]... just a beautiful story about love.
          
          Of course, hearts will still be torn apart [I can’t shake off my writing habits just like that], but this time it will be beautiful in the sense that I truly want to explore what emotion really means...
          
          Just a note about the main male character: this time, I’m not referring to Jay [nor to any member of EN- if you were wondering... I'm drawing from new inspirations to create my male lead...].

How I love being immersed in Code Double Nine... I think my other stories will have to wait a bit.

Quick question (for a quick answer?):
          
          I was wondering... what exactly do people mean when they tag their novel as fanfiction?
          Is it only because one of the main characters is an idol?
          Or is it because the story includes a version of the idol’s real-life identity?
          
          Until now (meaning: before this account), I never wrote stories with a K-pop idol as the main character.
          But it seems to me that tagging my current novels as "fanfiction" isn’t always quite right.
          
          I’d love to hear your thoughts⏤they’ll surely shed some light!

New Book Announcement | Code Double Nine
          
          Currently deep into a thriller that’s delivering on every promise, I suddenly found myself haunted⏤day and night⏤by the idea of writing a romance with a touch of suspense.
          
          It’s a genre I rarely explore, at least not as a writer, but this time, I just couldn’t hold back my pen...
          
          So here it is: Code Double Nine, with... Jay as the main character (try to act surprised!).
          
          I can’t reveal too much⏤the mystery kicks off right from the start, and each chapter drops subtle clues, so... saying even a little would already be saying too much.
          
          Another first: I had to label this one Mature, due to some rather raw language and a few intense scenes.
          
          I truly hope this story grips you the way it’s been gripping me.

After several weeks of silence… I’m finally returning to Come Back To Me.
          The story is still in its early stages, but the characters are slowly finding their place.
          
          Since it’s not written in the first person or from a limited point of view, it’s the perfect opportunity (a dream, really!) to enrich each chapter with vivid, atmospheric descriptions.
          Though it takes more time to shape (hello, perfectionism) I truly enjoy this style of writing, and I’m so happy to reconnect with the unique bond between Jay and Rumi.

          Lately, the nights have felt endlessly short, and inspiration, undeniably, has been clinging to me like a friend who refuses to go to sleep.
          Then I stumbled across a few old photos of Heeseung, and the moment I saw the one that now graces the cover, this story began to take shape almost instantly. I must admit… he looks very (very!) charming here.
          
          So here it is: 
          Melancholia Sonata | A poignant, romantic tale with Lee Heeseung at its heart.
          A story where emotion leads and reason simply follows. (Yes, it’s a classic saying, but one that holds so much truth.)
          
          I’ve always had a deep love for the piano, and my hopelessly romantic side did the rest.
          
          The tone is gentler this time, quiet, almost poetic.
          It’s a style that feels very natural to me, though this is the first time I’m sharing something in this tone here.
          
          I hope it resonates with you.
