[I'm honestly so close to quitting Wattpad. Like this close. First, they syart taking down "inappropriate" books, and now they're getting rid of the PM system?! And with NO REASON?!?!? I'm literally so fed up with this.
Getting rid of shut books because they're sexual? SO WHAT. PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE. THIS APP EXISTS TO GIVE PEOPLE CREATUBE FREEDOM. SO WHAT IF THERE'S FUCKING MINORS ON THIS APP. MAKE IT SO MINOR'S ACCOUNTS CANT SEE THE NSFW BOOKS.
IT'S HONESTLY NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL. PEOPLE ARE STILL GOING TO LIE ABOUT THEIR AGE, PEOPLE ARE STILL GOING TO WRITE SMUT.
I'm so tired with all the shit Wattpad's doing. One of my favorite books has been taken down three times for NO. REASON. I'm so pissed.
Like atp I think they're trying to drive us away from the app. Wattpad is a social media app, not a fucking children's education learning app like ABCMouse. It's not marketed as a family friendly/children's app and it never has been.

@M4s0_Ch1st bro those are a part of life. Everyone does them, and who cares, like. You can't privately send pics to people, you have to post them publically. And even them, that isn't gonna stop people from finding a way to do it somewhere else. And you're right, it's a fucking social media app, it's meant for users 13 and older. You can't stop people from lying about their age. Literally, people can block tags and stuff. I'm so annoyed, this isn't a children's app, they should stop trying to make it that

@TheMadDog1173 I legit agree with this so bad (oh and this is TangledUpGaming's third account-). This app is meant for 13+. THIRTEEN AND *UP*. Meaning instead of pulling down smut books, they should just put in an age limit thing. Basically not allowing younger people to view books unless they toggle a switch in settings. The thing is, the PMs system was removed for a reason. Cyber bullying and sexting. But that won't stop anyone tbh :shrug:, they still exist in books and MBs. I agree, wattpad is just getting worse.
