I feel like one of the judges on The Voice, shouting, "My team is complete!" In my case, it's "My novella is complete!" After several failed attempts to publish the last 7 chapters, I have succeeded and the book is now available to read in its entirety. Not a heavy read...could kill an afternoon at the beach. My thanks to everyone who has voted, commented, and supported my efforts. Enjoy!
Phew...just published Chapters 9 through 12 of Absent Friends (ONC2020). I will need to write every hour on the hour from now until the deadline in order to complete this story in time...NEVER SAY DIE!!!!

Published Chapters 7 and 8 of my ONC2020 submission, ABSENT FRIENDS! Reached 11,195 words today and don't know if I can sum up the story in 8,815 so may have to write a lot more before April 28th. I'm really getting into it! Emily gets back at Sam only to discover that he's even more of a jerk than she first thought. Thankfully, she has Buddy and Maeve in her corner, but she's about to have a run in with "The Stratzi."
Just finished Chapter 5 and 6 and made it over the 8000 word requirement for the next ONC2020 deadline. Don't know how I'm going to write another 12,000 in a month but I will die trying!!!
