I write to survive.
I write to soften the noise in my head, to give language to feelings too big to say out loud. Writing isn't just what I do - it's what steadies me. What quiets the world when it moves too fast. It's therapy. It's prayer. It's where I tell the truth with a little glitter on top.
You can call me The Problem - a name I chose because I don't believe in shrinking for anyone's comfort. I'm Black. I'm soft. I'm powerful. I'm complicated. And I write women the same way: not as tropes, but as storms with hearts and history.
My stories are layered with longing, music, memory, and mood. You'll find slow burns, big feelings, sensuality that's sacred, and characters who are flawed and trying anyway. Because that's real to me. That's human.
I'm in love with:
🎧 Music - has shaped my worldview and soundtracked my healing but BTS 10/10
🍷 Food & fashion - both are art forms I use to celebrate my softness
🎨 Storytelling in all forms - from candle-lit scenes to late-night dialogue
🙏🏽 God - the thread that runs through everything I do, even when I whisper instead of shout
You won't find perfection here.
But you'll find honesty.
You'll find tension.
You'll find that warm ache of being seen on the page.
Welcome to my pen.
Welcome to the problem.
