Why are all my reading lists gone?

I have come to the conclusion that Seven Deadly Sins is targeted at bisexuals 

I have come to the conclusion that I should not be left home alone 

So… I was going to check my Tumblr… and I used the link in my bio on here… and I got an error message saying that Safari couldn’t get a secure connection to the server… which means that Circle, the thing on my phone that controls when it’s usable (which I did not consent to being on my phone) has blocked Tumblr!
          
          WHY?
          
          I checked the Circle website and it says that Tumblr is blocked with kids-level clearance, but I’m on teen level, so it shouldn’t be blocked.
          
          Overall, I'm confused and kind of mad. 

HELP I HAVE TO WRITE A VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR FANFIC
          
          AND ITS IN CHINESE 
          
          AND ITS DUE TODAY 
          
          AND I MUST ILLUSTRATE IT AS WELL
