I have an idea for another Phantom Wraith: Halloween Special.
What if a ghost pastry chef came out of the ghost zone to cause trouble in Amity Park using his powers to turn everyone into slime and whipped cream cakes to eat and both Ray and Danny would be covered in slime and whipped cream making them sweet, sticky and messy or inside in a cake like cruella deVil in 102 dalmatians?
This ghost would have a past that once was a renowned pastry chef with a beautiful and happy wife but a competitor who did not want him as competition for his business (because he baked badly, he did not put effort, love and his heart into his recipes unlike the pastry chef who did and his customers liked it) would sabotage him causing no one to want to eat and enjoy the recipes he prepared and he was forgotten over time causing his wife to abandon him and the poor pastry chef to die of sadness, loneliness and with a broken heart. Years later he would return as a ghost to take revenge on the person who caused his life to be ruined.
