Hey everyone! Just to let you know Toaster deleted her account permanently. So, while she will participate in magazine’s and occasional other events she’s no longer officially part of the senate.

Hey!! I wasn’t sure where to put my article for the magazine, so I’m just going to paste it here.
          
          Valentine’s Day; a wonderful time for couples and loved ones to spend together, and for demigods, hopefully a welcome respite from the chaotic lifestyle they lead. 
          
          Throughout the series, we are introduced to many wonderful characters and their partners. In between all the fighting, there wasn’t much time for simple romantic gestures, but have you ever wondered what they’d get their love on this special day?
          
          In this article, we’ll be exploring many of the canon ships from the series, although a few may be different (such as Jiper, as I don’t know Shel enough to accurately write her), and the gifts they may get for their partners.
          
          Percy:
          I feel like he would give something personal, or one of a kind, like the coral he got Annabeth. Maybe pearls, or some kind of baking (blue, or course), as well as a trip to see some beautiful scenery.
          
          Annabeth:
          She’d try and give something practical but thoughtful, like that thing you’ve been eying for months, or a gadget to help with something you’ve been struggling with. 
          
          Jason:
          Stick with the classics! Jewelry, chocolates, flowers and a nice date night out, traditional but sweet, and only of the best quality.
          
          Piper:
          Something cozy, comfortable and casual, like a cute hoodie or a soft scarf, hat and blanket. Also, a nice day together just relaxing at home or outside at the park.
          
          Hazel:
          A sweet, home cooked picnic in the sun, with tons of special treats, and some kind of homemade art made especially for you! Perfectly handcrafted to every detail, complete with precious gems (curse-free).
          
          Frank:
          A baked treat and a day out throughout the city, from the park, art museum, and a fancy dinner (even if they might end up ordering pizza instead)
          
          Leo:
          A completely handcrafted gift, completely unique. It’ll be considerate and personalized, specially created for you and your lifestyle.

Another long post ahead! Filled with so many ideas from different senate members and some more insight from past posts. Please read when you have the time. 
          
          When I mentioned starting another account on Quotev I did not mean any time recently!! I definitely meant /way/ down the line in several months or possibly a year or more. I really wanted to just see where everyone stands on the matter and Quotev is one of the only sites I’m familiar with. So yeah, I’ve taken everyone’s comments into account and will keep them in mind when bringing it back up! 
          
          For those who didn’t know, I started a pinterest account for the community account in September of last year. I don’t do a lot on it, although I’d like to start doing more as soon as I get my computer fixed. You can find it in the link tree linked on the community sidebar. Also for those who haven't paid attention we also have a spotify account where we make all our lester playlists into actual playlists. 
          
          Speaking of the playlists, Peaches (@PeachesTheBangkokCat) would you mind sharing the account info with me? It’s okay if not so don’t feel pressured if it’s used off a personal email or smth. I do have graphics to put on the account if you don’t mind. 
          
          Speaking of my computer, I do not have my computer. It stopped working randomly and will not turn on. I don’t have the money to fix or replace it, which means I have to use my phone or family computer. That takes energy and so replies will take longer than normal. 
          
          Red (@TheRedSourPatchKid) I will have the graphics for FIREWORKS this week! 
          
          Speaking of contests I just published CJ Writing Wars and Archives so check that out. As for the contest, does anyone want to judge the one-shots/drabbles this month for the Cohort Criteria? Let me know I only need one judge.

Hi Senate!
          
          Just wanted to, you know, get your thoughts on this!
          
          So, I'm thinking about a Truth or Dare game with all the characters from (either) PJO OR HoO
          
          It would be the kind of thing that we senators could take on roles of different characters, and make a book thingy with a way for the Community to be able to ask questions. 
          
          Also, I don't expect any commitments to this, especially with the work underway for this month's magazine!
          
          Just wanted to throw the idea out there!!

Hey guys, I noticed that the CJ Writing Wars and archives were both posted with random jibberish written in the description. Was this a mistake?

I’ve noticed that applyfics are really popular lately, and maybe we could do something similar for this account? I’m not quite sure about it bc it’s probably be a long-commitment project, but just thought I’d throw the idea out there.
