I love you and I think all the lies you're telling yourself are rediculous. I will be there if you ever want to talk. You are worth it, ok? Be as positive as you can and don't hurt yourself. It only makes it worse. I promise you it will get better. I have dealt with these kinds of things before. You must believe you're not what they say because who you are is amazing. You just need to let your light shine :)
