           my friend keeps talking about SH like it's nothing. They keep going "I used a screwdriver and a pencil sharpener last night and you didn't!!!" LIKE SHUT THE FUCK UP!! It's hard enough not to self harm in general but it's harder when you have your friend joking about slitting every fucking second and making it their whole personality! It makes me feel so disgusted and invalidated. And it's like they think they're better than me because they're doing this. I'm trying so hard not to do it myself but I can't help it with the constant reminders that it's an option.
