I've wanted to say something to you for a while so here it goes. I'm an author working to get an original work published and write fanfics on the side. All that to say, I really admire your work. The backstory and detail you put into each character is amazing. You really do have a great talent for writing. You make each character feel unique in their own way and that's an amazing talent to have. Thank you for your work!

Oh I also had a question. There's pictures of Vess they are using for the tour they're on now that has a long red line of red light down his chest.... is there a chance you used thus as reference for the offering he gave Sleep in the first chapter? It reminds me of it every time I see the picture.
