Ok ive come up with a possible headcanon - Robtop chose Viprin to be the principal of the school instead of him cus he's too busy doing more important stuff like actually creating the official levels and working on 2.21/2.3

@Tiffamon336 I can make it 34% on Fairydust but then only 14% on Jawbreaker and 16% on Nine Circles so Fairydust is easiest, Nine Circles is Middlest, and Jawbreaker is hardest. (In my opinion.)
