Whoo! Congratulations to all the Amby winners! There's so many familiar faces (and so many DL'ers, whoop!) and it's so great to see some amazing books get some recognition. AFH even made it as a Top Pick in Fantasy!  My little BraveBud is making his way in the world  :D.

          Holidays are officially over (here) so I’m back up and running. I wish I could say I was productively writing the entire time, but alas, I was not. I’m just, uh, a little less behind than before? XD How’s everyone been doing? Got any fun projects or things happening? 
          
          Writing Updates!
          - Deception is Deceptioning as usual (i.e., going very slow). Good news, we’ve got 7-8 chapters left, so we’re nearing the end folks! That is, if Elias will STOP DRAGGING IS FEET *pokes him*
          - It’s ONC season!! Are you participating? I will be (hopefully)! I have several ideas lined up and ready to go, and boy am I excited to get going. Two of them are very fun :D
          
          Drawing Updates!
          - Learning how to illustrate covers seems to be the current muse, so that’s what I’ve been doing :D It’s been fun so far. Perhaps I will offer more spots for covers in Portraits…or start in the DL graphics book. We’ll see!
          
          Wattpad Updates!
          - Blank Slate has hit 4K! Go buddy!
          - Have you ever reread some of your old writing and go “hey this is actually good”? Recently did that with MoL and huh…I may have to finish that one XD. Now to rewrite the whole thing and finish it or finish it first and *then* rewrite…hmmmm

XD With December break rolling around, I can finally sit myself down and write, which thankfully for you means a less rough posting schedule! Deception chapters on the 1st of the month from here on out, hopefully. No promises though XD.
          
          Next chapter is the half way mark and the one that I've been dreading for the entire book! Prepare yourself, ya'll. Things are going to be heating up...

          - Deception is *finally* going smoothly. Or, well, as smooth as it will go XD. As usual I’m writing scenes that I shouldn’t be, but ah well, it’s words :D
          - As such, expect a new chapter out very soon!
          - If all goes well, Reaching For Stars may have a once-in-a-blue moon update too :0

          - COMMISSIONS ARE FINALLY DONE 
          - I may open Portraits for December as I get the whole month off, but in the mean time, my chapter in DL’s graphic book is open.
          - With time to finally draw what I want to, I have been doodling characters! I may or may not post relevant ones as bonus art.

          - The rest of Deception is outlined (yes, the ending was unclear until now XD)! Which puts us around roughly halfway there .
          - I think I will be able to start posting on a schedule now! Still once a month until I can make more of a backlog, but it's likely no longer a vague "maybe a chapter a month" ^^ Tentively updates on the first of every month :)
          - Blending on new story ideas :D

          - Commissions are sooo close to being done :D
          - As such, my DL Graphics page *is* open and available. Portraits will remain closed for probably until the next year so I can shore up some margin ^^

          I'm one day late, but shhhh, it's still here! I finally forced myself to sit down and bang out the rest of this chapter and *phew* was it difficult and long XD. So we're getting this chapter in two parts. Second part is either out at the end of the month or next month. Depends on how much backlog I get into.
