I'm a very slow reader so if I add you to my reading list I promise I will get to your work! I tend to read one book at a time, it's not that I don't care. I just can't focus. 

My priority is to get through the books that are on my reading list. Therefore, if you ask me to check out your work, I may decline or I might ask for a read for read.
