In case you don't know already, my name's Tristin. I've been writing since I began middle school and, even though those works could be categorized as "absolutely awful writing", I've managed to struggle through that phase and, now a sixteen year old Junior in high school, I'd like to think of myself as a fairly good writer. 

I participated in this past NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) for the first time, and that's when "Underground" came into existence. However, I never managed to finish it and, sadly, did not reach my 50k goal and so I've posted it here as an ongoing novel. 

I'm seemingly stuck in the YA fantasy, sic-fi, and romance-ish genres but I'm fine with that. I'm not much of a poet, and if I do manage to write any, it will most likely be freestyle. Or a haiku. 

I love reading fan fiction, and I' love to write one at some point. That is, if I didn't completely bomb at it. 

Besides writing, I love acting, art, music, and reading. I'm also a major activist (mainly for lgbt rights among quite a few others) and a feminist.
