It could be a way where Halil already knew what the snake was planning about the pregnancy and knew it was actually Kaan's, but the others didn't know. When she tells Zeynep, she's shocked because she intended to reveal that she was also pregnant, but then she gets sad and angry. This part happens exactly as in the episode; she leaves the restaurant angry, but Halil doesn't let her go alone and ends up taking her to the mountain house where they have a passionate night. In the morning, he tells her about the snake's lie, and she ends up revealing her pregnancy. You could also add parts where they tell everyone, without judging him before he reveals everything. It would be really good.
