Sa-aaaaah, I read this too literally and got confused by what you were trying to say before realizing what you had done.

It's been a while since I've seen you around, 1459. Hope you've been doing well for yourself lately and that the germs in your area of the Host have not been overly numerous.

No, no. You don't need to apologize. So long as you're doing fine, I'm happy.

I’m glad the recovery rate for this thing is also really high. Many human’s aren’t paying attention to this, mostly thanks to the news

*Nods vehemently while popping my head out after migrating in from a nearby manhole in the walkway.*

I completely agree with that, 1459.

Also, may all the human Hosts out there regularly wash their hands and use hand sanitizers when in public so the germ can be stopped before it can begin. It makes our jobs that much easier, so stay clean, everyone.

            Well...

*I pull out a dried bit of bacillus leg from one of my pockets and hold it close so you can grab it.*

You make a good point, you can't keep a neutrophil working without food. Have this bit of bacillus...it's not exactly the tastiest way to eat one, but at least it's nutritious. Maybe it'll keep you going long enough to grab a soup or get a call from the receptor.

((I think it is, seems like it if she'd tripped over it. This stuff is sticky!))

*As 2646 manages to tackle the floor strands and successfully frees 1459 from the floor, I take out one of my smaller throwing knives. With great care, I lean in close to 1459 and begin sawing the tough fibrin away from her wrists. The last thing I wanted was to slip up and cut my friend.*

Ah, 1459. Seems like you're not the kind to go out for trouble, but trouble finds you! At least you're free though and not hurt. Or so I hope, are you doing alright after all of this?
