The Underground Book Club is a collaboration between Christina Harlin and Jake C. Harlin, freelance writers. We write nonfiction for a living and fiction for the love of it!

Our first entry on Wattpad is "Haunt," a massive episodic tale we have worked on together for two years. We have many installments written and many more planned for the future. This story is based on our experiences working in haunted houses during an amusement park's Halloween season, so you'd better believe we're writing what we know! We began the project as an experiment and have watched it grow incredibly. We've had so much fun; it never felt like work. "Haunt" is well-suited to a format like Wattpad, we believe, because we want to have audience interaction and are looking forward to a time when we can reward faithful readers with "guest appearances" and other fun stuff.

Christina and Jake have written another book, the romantic thriller spoof "Dark Web," which is funny as hell. "Dark Web" is available on Amazon. We'll soon begin giving out some free copies on our Patreon page if you're interested. Christina has written numerous books, including the popular comic thrillers "My Boss is a Serial Killer" series and the paranormal adventures of the "Othernaturals."

We're about halfway through publishing Haunt Volume 2. Just to inform everyone, Haunt Volume 3 is in the works and close to finished, so there shouldn't be a big wait between publications. Thank you...
