We're about halfway through publishing Haunt Volume 2. Just to inform everyone, Haunt Volume 3 is in the works and close to finished, so there shouldn't be a big wait between publications. Thank you, Wattpad, for keeping us on the ball!

Hey friends! Jake and I have figured out that the chapters we've posted are really too long - so we're republishing Haunt Volume One with much more manageable chapter lengths! So if you've been overwhelmed by our whopping long entries, give us another try! And thanks to everyone who has been giving us a try!

Today's published story introduces our readers to Rick Rickshaws. In our haunted park, Rick Rickshaws is definitely the most insidious location. If you're smart, you'll just stay away - and of course, our Angels aren't going to stay away.

But in truth, Rick Rickshaw's is a real place at Worlds of Fun, a perfectly innocent souvenir shop. Jake and I used to pass on the Haunt parade route, and we shared an in-joke about it, saying that it should be decorated up and touted as the park's "littlest haunted house." Then, when we began writing "Haunt," we naturally included it as part of the park's landscape. As is the case with many of the things we include, the fictional Rick Rickshaws began to take on quite a different personality, the location of a sinister ritual that turned the place into something even worse than cramped aisles and overpriced souvenirs.

The story we posted today is plenty scary and it's full of Easter eggs - in celebration of the holiday weekend, I guess. When Pickpocket Julie goes searching through the manager's office, she finds all kinds of things that will become extremely relevant over time. My thanks to Jake for a great foundation story.
