If some random account offers to buy your story/stories for some "app" or ask to make a contract with you for them, check their profile. If they are fairly new, have no followers, or anything that makes them seem real, or if you don't feel safe, don't trust them. They are most likely a bot for a company. They will not pay you for your work fairly, and if some might go as far as stealing your work.
Also don't trust them if you have a small, mostly inactive account following, or not many readers and they respond not long after you a book/chapter.
