            thank you~ i have kept it on break but my exams end tomorrow so i'll jump back at it! though january doesn't seem v possible anymore, i'll aim to finish the editing by february so that i can publish T-T
            more than burning out, i'm worried i'll loose interest in the story (very common for me) which is why i'm in a race against time and myself ( ╯︿╰ )

@UnravelAsha Ooh, interesting! I like the sci fi touch :) I'm not sure if you have it decided yet, but what's the story title? I'm curious now! I'm actually impressed you're doing all this through exams, too! That's a lot. I hope you're getting plenty of sleep and rest between, tho! I don't want you to get burnt out lol
            Also, hey, don't think your story is something people will hate. You're doing great! I completely understand the feeling, so you're not alone in those thoughts. The story I'm writing deals with really heavy themes, like mental and physical illnesses, cancer, tramuas and just overall zombie horror. Not really stuff I'm comfortable sharing with friends and family...yet anyway :) I guess we're our own big authors as of now! And biggest fans!
            And the line you're thinking of, I think would definitely be allowed! I think it shows just how much you care about the people on Wattpad and the people on here who care about you too :) I know with my story I'm writing, I'll be dedicating it to my father, rest his soul. 
            I'm so happy your parents are supportive of you in this! And you know I'm also happy about? Getting to support you on this journey too :) 
            You're amazing, don't you ever forget that!

@sevendarkends i'm actually very insecure about this whole thing. what if i get made fun of? what if the ending is bad? what if people get to know how my brain really works and hate it? i feel so pathetic admitting this, but i do not take critique well. sometimes, i close my eyes, and i can see... almost... almost see behind the lid of my eyes how the big authors would've written my own story so much better. so much more description, backstory, a complete hit series, more fleshed out worlds, so much fanart and so much recognition.
            but then i open my eyes and it's just me.
            no big authors.
            and it really brings me down.
            
            i have my dedication page prepared though.
            currently rough- but i want it to be something along the lines of
            "To my online friends. This is all of our dreams come true."
            i wonder if i'm allowed to say that.
            but i had so many friends online, and i have so many friends online, and that is what build and encouraged the writer me. so even though my parents now ACCEPT i love writing, my dedication for my first ever book goes to those who were there when i was at my lowest.
