Russian Empire is blind and he always closed his eyes with x-shaped cloth white and the wings behind his head is actually decorations,many people mistaken them as real because they are realistic and well detailed. (This was inspired by Columbina). He seems delicate and fragile like a dove but inside,he was apathetic,deceiver and manipulative
☆ Spanish Empire
Unlike people from the fandom making him as something asshole and absuive parent to his colonies (i think). Spanish Empire is strict with his apprentices (colonies) and disciplinarian but also he is very calm and serene but he is a little sarcastic. His black "gloves" are actually his hands. The reason why his hands are blackened it because heir to his ancestors,those who born with blackened hands are considered a curse. Spanish Empire was born a curse. Yep,he have the same eyes as Arlecchino-
