Till that time, just listen to comforting songs, draw?, write?, or do anything you can keep yourself busy and keep your mind away from toxic things. Even studying could help if you turn it into motivation to do smthg to fix your life. Many times will drain you, but remember that no matter how you choose to live or the way you face those problems, it's only gonna shape/break your life. It's not gonna affect the ones who're harming you. It'll only boost them to criticize you more. Do it for yourself. Don't let freaks like these get trample over you. Becoz ik how difficult it is to get back on track once you've been trampled all over. Everything feels impossible, unbearable and the end of everything. But life doesn't stop in that phase, it keeps moving and once you stop or stay stuck with it, it'll stay with you. What I mean is.. you dunno your future. It's yours to shape. It's your to make. You still have years ahead of you, which you haven't seen. So, maybe one day you'll be free from this shit. Till that time, all you can do is care about yourself first, so that life doesn't break you. 
            
            No one can care about you as much as you. So do it. Don't hesitate. Love yourself even when others don't. What ur dad says doesn't make it your reality. No one can define you! Only you get to do it. So do it properly. Not by ONLY seeing your bad sides, but also ur good sides. He ain't gonna tell you anything good abt you anyways, you have to do it for yourself.
