@MossfordGreen in my defence, I didn't forget to change it. I don't think I did, at least haha.
I was convinced it was a glitch or something.
I had a new phone and used the smart switch feature to transfer the data and for some reason it seemed to revert the email? I'm not sure exactly what happened or why, but at least it's sorted now.
When I did get back in, my email was once again my new one, the one I'm currently using and that my revovery information should have been sent to. But while I was locked out, it said it was the wrong email adress.
I think I'm definitely just as fed up with WP as you!
