so I think I have an eating disorder of some type as I always feel unworthy of food does anyone know what could be causing this I know about my major depressive disorder and anxiety but neither have effected me this much and sorry for being offline my aunt on my dads side and my uncle from my dads side dies within a week of eachother so it's been hard

I'm going to give a report of what a mental hospital is so if anyone has to go for any reason you know wat your in for *at least my experience* so I went is with nothing they take all electronics and put you in a unit with people from your age and gender group no they don't care if you're non binary they also have a unit for people who fight to much or are actually insane try not to get sent there i heard the horror stories and they were bad anyways you get giving a room with another person in  it and this can eaither be a good experience or a bad experience (my second roomie dumped the trash bag full of bloody tampons on my bed whatever her name is can go eat poo) yeah it can be bad but most people are either chill depressed folk or over aggressive mean girls if you are a teen female in my experience  but you do group activities and are forced to take meds every day if you fight they can use a tranquilizer on you without consent so don't fight and that's all I can remember but I'm still in touch with a few of my friends from the mental hospital but it didn't really help me I learned very few coping skills and we never had one on one talks or anything but it's not like they put you in a white padded room
